Now hubby has framed the final picture, I can share the full set.

Hufflepuff Common Room at Christmas

 In just 5 months 9 days, the final common room is complete.  With just 6 minutes until 2022 came to a close, the last backstitches were added to Hufflepuff's festive scene.

Last Christmas I proudly displayed Ravenclaw and Slytherin common rooms.  I've already completed Gryffindor and once Hufflepuff has been stitched, both will be framed, then all four houses will be hung for the first time this Christmas 🎄

Almost 6 months after starting, Gryffindor Common Room at Christmas is now finished. 

Backstitch always drags out the process because I'm not overly keen on it.  However, the result is stunning.

I began this right off the back of Slytherin. I forgot to upload the first update on 24th January 2022.

And the latest update on 19th February. 

Stitching Christmas designs without the urgency is such a chilled experience.  I think these last two will take longer to complete! 

First Finish of 2022

 

Although I didn't quite get this finished and framed for Christmas, it was finished a few days before the decorations came down and was proudly on display on 2nd January. 

It was framed with an identical silver frame and stone mount but this time has a green inner border for Slytherin.
