Framed pieces

It can take a while to find the time to frame everything but when we do, the results are amazing.

My wonderful husband does most of my framing and he usually chooses the frames and mounts as he is generally better at matching the colours.  I think you'll agree he really finishes the stitching off beautifully.

Hulk page finish

It's been a while since I've worked on the Hulk as I've had a Christmas present on the go, along with finishing a project for our friends in the Midlands, and of course the weekly stitchalong with Essie.

Since there are only two pages left, and part pages at that, I envisage this project to be completed in the next week.

Page finish - Hulk

We're enduring a heatwave. There are fires on the moors, warnings have been issued to look in on elderly neighbours and it's been difficult to keep cool.  It's been uncomfortable to stitch, so I've mostly spent my last few days reading, watching the World Cup and preparing to return to work.  Today we had a much cooler morning, so it was the ideal time to get some more x's in.

Oh, and the least said about my eyes of late the better...

The Hulk

This fella stitches up quickly due to the bold colour blocks.  Another page done.

Working a little bit more each time, I'm building up my stitching sessions.
