Back to it

After a few weeks off due to shoulder surgery, it's time to regain my stitching.  So far so good, but I'm not going to overdo things in case it sets my rehabilitation back.

My shoulder surgery is due on Monday so this is going to be put aside for a period of time.

Late update

Since last week was spent gadding around Pisa, Pompei and Rome, my stitching was put to one side.  I spent a couple of hours today bringing Essie and I back to speed.

All surface stitching completed. Now where are those scissors... 

Wolverine stitchalong

It doesn't look much yet, but boy is it eating up the thread.  Big blocks of colour are quick to work up however.

Hardanger - a restart

I had almost finished the surface stitching but there was insufficient green thread provided by the kit company. 

I had a similar shade of green but it was the next thread size down. I really didn't have the time to unpick the first attempt as I've not long before my surgery so I've restarted the whole design on evenweave with Anchor pearl #8.
